Born in 1964 in Bukhara region.
Nationality - Uzbek.
Higher education. 1989 graduated from the Tashkent Institute of National Economy .
In 1989-1991 he worked as assistant of “Accounting and Auditing” Tashkent Economics Institute.
In 1991-1993 he worked as assistant of “Accounting” Tashkent Institute of Finance.
In 1993-1995 he was a graduate student at the department “Accounting and Auditing” Tashkent Institute of Finance.
In 1995-1996, he worked as assistant of “Accounting” Tashkent Institute of Finance.
In 1996-1997 he worked as a lecturer in the department “Accounting” Tashkent Institute of Finance.
In 1997-1997 he worked as Head of Scientific Affairs of the Tashkent Institute of Finance.
In 1997-2003 worked as the head of the Finance Department of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, de-monopolization and Competition.
In 2003-2003 he worked as head of the State Property Management State Committee on privatization , de-monopolization and development of Competition.
In 2003-2004, he was Deputy General Director of JSC “Uzbektelecom”.
In 2004-2004 he served as Deputy Director of the “Toshkent shahar telefon tarmog’i” branch “Uzbektelecom”.
In 2004-2007 he worked as first deputy director of “Uzbekistan pochtasi”.
Since 2007 working as a general director of joint-stock company “Matbuot tarkatuvchi”.
