October 2, 2017 in the joint-stock company “Matbuot tarkatuvchi” held a practical seminar for employees on the work with appeals of individuals and legal entities of the Central Office of the Company on the topic “Work with appeals of individuals and legal entities in state bodies and public institutions”.
   The lecturer explained in detail the questions concerning the rights of treatment of individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign states, as well as stateless persons. Deadlines for the execution of applications in state bodies and state institutions, the procedure for considering appeals and cases where appeals are not considered. Rules for the admission and rights of representatives of individuals and legal entities, the responsibilities of state bodies when considering appeals, the legislative framework for review control, their generalization and analysis. Responsibility for violation of the consideration of the terms and procedure of appeals, as well as the organization of work in accordance with the established scheme and maintenance of registration cards for the treatment of individuals and legal entities.
    Based on the results of the seminar, an appropriate decision was made to ensure the organization at the proper and appropriate level in the JSC “Matbuot tarkatuvchi”, as well as the set requirements for handling complaints from individuals and legal entities.
